Bacterial pink eye.

Hi so I use contact lenses on a daily basis and have got pink eye one day before my flight back to London. I do not have spare contacts and have lost my glasses I have been using antibiotic eye drops. I will be forced to use the same lens that caused the infection to be able to maneuver myself through the airport. Is there a way to thoroughly disinfect this infected lens and make it somewhat safer for use all while having pink eye. I know a lens should be discarded once bacteria is present but this is not a option for me I cant see a thing without them.
