A study from NC State University found that SB 266 will lead to approximately $23 billion in additional costs for North Carolina ratepayers. Democratic State Reps Carla Cunningham, Shelly Willingham, and Nasif Majeed joined 71 Republicans to override Gov. Stein's veto of this bill last week.
