Thinking of upgrading - need MOBO advice

Hi, recently was thinking of upgrading my 10400f to 13400f, obviously i will need to upgrade my h410 motherboard, already heard that H chipset motherboards often have bad vrm, and it will overheat with powerful cpus, but that wasn't my case with 10400f and gigabyte h410 motherboard. Now i found a good deal for this (https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/B760M-HDVM.2/#Overview) motherboard, but it doesn't have heatsinks on VRM, so i kinda doubt should i buy this one or this one (https://www.asus.com/motherboards-components/motherboards/prime/prime-h610m-a-d4/) with heatsink on vrms. B760 chipset would be cool, but if it vrm on asrock will overheat with 13400f, maybe i should buy asus H610 with heatsink then? Basically they cost the same in my country
