im worried my mom put a virus on the gaming PC

she was looking for dunkin donuts nutrition facts and clicked on a sketchy site, it has this huge alarm playing and saying "your computer may be hacked" and then the page closed out on its own. the computer is fine for now but I'm worried she put a virus on it or its gonna get hacked and I dont want to lose it
