Bankmobile setup issues with college

So my college uses bankmobile for campus jobs and work studies, and I recently applied for a work study so I needed to set up my account. Issue is bankmobile ain'tetting me set up my account it keeps saying my information is wrong, but it isn't it just asks for my birthday and auto puts in my legal name which can't be changed. I thought it mightve been an issue with my school email as it uses my preferred name but the app goes off of financial aid and that's all set to legal stuff. Now im wondering if any other students who needs to use bankmobile has had this issue.
