Whom are these small fellows in my geckos tank?

I bought this tank like 3-4 days ago at an expo, lady said the only bugs in the tank were a couple earth worms. I've added some isopods and spring tails into said tank. These 3 mystery bugs are not worms, isopods, or spring tails.

The white bug and red bug on pictures one and two look like the same thing just different colour's, just climbing up a piece of wood. The tiny red bugs on slide 3 are eating old food that I put on the bottom of his tank for the isopods.

Please help. Idk if theyre safe for my little buddy and his tank or not
