Rabbit Eads report. Am I screwed?

I'm trying to understand all of this and just wondering if anyone can take a cursory glance at my rabbit ears report and tell me if I'm just spinning my wheels investigating further.

I've invested a measly hour trying to make sense of setting up an antenna but I feel like it'll take me several days or research to understand what may be optimal. It would just suck if it's all in vain.
