Advice Needed: Black and Grey realism Artist in Dallas

I hope this is allowed, if not please point me to the correct community.

I'm wanting an upper arm/shoulder or chest piece tattoo that is a realistic "portrait" of a fictional character. Black and grey, not color. I have several tats, but most of them are "street tat" quality, and I want a piece that stands out, gets compliments, and will last. I have a idea image from AI, but I want a human's artistic version of this, not merely a copy of what AI came up with.

This artist should be easy to work with and provide sketches to result in the perfect piece. Not a "just trust me" kind of person.

Recommendations of specific artists please, not shops in general. Money's always a factor, but I am willing to pay for quality.
