Mexican Food restaurant

I’m originally from Mexico and planning to open a restaurant in Halifax or Dartmouth with a menu similar to Taco Bell, offering affordable Mexican-style food. Are people in this area generally fond of Mexican food? Do you think this type of restaurant could be successful here?
