[HIRING] Piece in the style of Studio Ghibli

I am looking for an artist that can recreate the Studio Ghibli art style. Looking to draw two humans and two cats. This is meant to be a Xmas gift. Not sure how pricing works, but I would say $100-$150?

I want something physical, 12 x 7.5, or a small canvas.

I am in Texas, USA. If that helps.
