If i have the normal Skyrim disc, and bought the legendary edition disc separately, when I install the dlc could this corrupt my saves?

After buying the normal edition of Skyrim, I played for a while, and liked the game so much I decided to buy the dlc, and I saw an offer for only the second disc with the dlc, I bought it and I'm wondering if this will not corrupt my game cuz I have like 60 hours on there but having the dlc's would be nice.
