Want to test, no insurance. Best OTC option?

Hey all! I've had unexplained symptoms for years. I thought it was just the effects of depression, anxiety, and trauma over time (which it certainly may still be), but I've often wondered whether there was something physiological going on that was undiagnosed.

I suspected sleep apnea a decade ago and had an in-lab test. I could barely rest because of all the damn wires (I toss and turn at night and each time a wire came loose the nurse would come in and reconnect it). She said she got enough data and the test came up negative.

Fast forward a decade and, while I had insurance, I took an at-home test. The thing is, I had caffeine in the night and that negatively affected my sleep. The test came up positive, indicating mild sleep apnea.

Now, I don't have insurance and I wasn't able to keep it long enough to get them to pay for a cpap trial. I suppose I could just buy one OTC for cheap (would love advice on that), but I feel like I want one more test to confirm results? ..without drinking caffeine before bed this time.

Any advice is welcome.
