Switch wont turn on after deleting everything on my sd card (except the nintendo folder) and powering down
Hey Gang,
I have a little bit of a problem with my switch.
I download CFW and set up all the available Homebrew app on my emmu. But after looking online at the state of the hacking scene for the switch, i realise that a lot more personalisation and homebrew apps would be maintenaid, upgraded and created, after the life cycle of the switch. and i also have a 3ds, so i was going to hack that instead and wait for the switch to no longer be maintained by Nintendo so people could better use the full capabilities of the switch (actual theme music for the menus, easier way to put roms on the switch and not have to deal with the online key the switch as to fetch to open it, things like that)
So, i dont know why i did it, but i powered down with switch completely, took out the sd card, erase everything except the nintendo folder and re-plugged it into my switch, to wipe all the emmu data.
Now, my switch wouldnt turn on (it was fully charged). so i tried the 30 seconds power button, the power button plus the + volume for 30 seconds, the -minus button also, even the power button and the home button for thirty seconds. each time, waited 5 seconds to power it up and after that nothing.
After that, i let it on my desk for 3 days to fully drain the battery, this morning, i pluged it for three hours. Tried all the power button combination but NOTHING is turning on, i also have taken the sd card, the game card and the sd card out of the switch and tried the power buttons combinations, Nothing again!
is my switch fully bricked, did my deleting of all the files bricked my switch? and if not, did i not try something that could help me?
Thanks for the help!
