Fair lease price estimates?

After research on insurances, budget, etc etc blah blah and due to work reasons, I have three strong candidates for a lease on a 2025 car. (leasing aspect is non negotiable, unfortunately, and hiring a broker is not feasible)

Honda HRV LX

Ford Escape ST

Toyota Cross L

I was trying to do a bit of googling but I am unsure and was hoping to hear from people experienced since this is my first time doing the negotiation hassle. What sort of monthly price range should I try to aim for? Is there website with a simple calculator that can estimate a range of fair prices I can try to pay? (I am in south Florida area). I also know not to put anything down.

Right now I have some supposed offers on the table. By supposed meaning that this is all in the texting/emailing stages right now and not guaranteed.

$399 for the HRV

$476 for the Cross
$410 for the Escape.

I feel sure I can get lower but I don't know how low is achievable.
