He broke up with me over text message after 3 years together

Me and my ex boyfriend broke up 2 weeks ago. we had a break for 5 weeks, where the plan was to work on ourselves and be stronger mentally so we could have a stable relationship. He wanted the break. 5 weeks goes, and i get a messge that he has never been this happy before, and that he realized our relationship has done too much damage on him and it was not going to be repeted, and he said it was over. And said that he will bring my stuff to my moms house, and that after that we are done.

Wow, i just realize this is craaazy. Yes, i have been unstable, but its because of my childhood trauma. I never did things on purpose, and he knew it. We were together for 3 years. He said if i came to his house (because i wanted to talk it out/or at least he could give me a closure) that he would call somebody to get me away.

I wonder what the fuck happened after those 5 weeks.
