Install authenticator and log someone into their M365 account, absolute hell lately

Apologies for the rant but how in the actual #$Q%^& do you explain to people that don't know how to use a phone or computer how to get into email with MFA enabled?

Averaging one hour per ticket while the end user is experiencing levels of frustration we're not equipped to deal with. Cannot see MFA app on their phone over Splashtop SOS.

Are there any walk throughs for M365 on Android and iOS?
