Schwab Wealth Advisor Role

Hello,

I’m considering going through the interview process for the Schwab Wealth Advisor role and was hoping for insight from anyone that is either in the role or has visibility of it. What are the typical hours worked for the role? I see a lot of “long hours” comments on Glassdoor but that can mean many things. Also how is the comp progression since it is a non commission role? My current company’s advisors get paid a decent amount more than Schwabs but the hours are long and a lot of them work on weekends at least a little and get stressed when they’re on vacation. Doesn’t really seem like you’re ever able to disconnect here so wondering if Schwab is any different. Lastly, does anyone know what type of case study questions are asked?
