Using Flip Screen on a Tripod for Portrait Shots?

So I recently upgraded from the A7RIII to A7RIV, and my only major complaint is that it also has a one-way-tilt screen. I do nighttime tripod shooting that can be in low-angle portrait orientation, and hunching over the tripod is murder on my back. I won't be upgrading to the A7RV for a while.

Does anyone use a mirror attachment or external monitor with their tripod to get around this issue? Looking for ideas.
