Has anyone noticed Trump becoming Saddam?

Obviously in the first episode the character design was similar to Saddam’s. However in episode two in the background of Clyde in Maralago Trump has shoulder plates, just lie Saddam, and he didn’t have them in the previous episode.

Am I just crazy or is Trump going to slowly become Saddam or, plot twist, he is Saddam(in Southpark)
