Need advice on products that help with knotting

I have straight fine hair and not long after I wash it, it will start to knot up requiring me to brush it. It’s especially bad when I go out and do stuff and it will knot up. I’ve been using the Redken One United spray and attempted to use a leave in conditioner but it still knots up. Does anyone have any recommendations on products that could prevent this?
