Need career advice for switching from MBBS to MBA

Currently in pre - final year MBBS student, my_qualifications : 3rd year MBBS but I want to MBA Marketing from IIM A,B . Need advice how to move with it managing academics ! The problem is grading system in our college is tough , i being a 4th rank holder still have 64 percent marks , which can cause setbacks for my admission I guess ! 10th -95 % ,12th - 86 % and OBC , male ! Geniune advice plz . PS : Plz don't ask questions like why MBA after MBBS 🥴
