Lower left side abdominal pressure - 8 weeks

Hi everyone,

I've been having persistent (it's always there) lower left side abdominal pressure for about a week. It's not exactly painful, it's just like a tightness/pressure? I have already had an ultrasound so I know it's not ectopic. But given how persistent the pressure is it's just making me feel a bit weird. It goes away when lying down but there when walking/standing/vertical.

I do have adhesions from previous ruptured appendix so wondering if they are getting irritated and applying pressure.

Has anyone experienced anything similar?
