Interview Process - 2 interviews??

I had an interview at Sally’s earlier this week. The store manager was extremely nice and I thought the interview went fairly well. At the end — she said I will be hearing from someone else. I’m assuming it’s someone from the district level and that I would have to have a second interview over the phone.

Is this normal to have a second interview in addition to interviewing with the store manager?

Just wondering what to expect and if I didn’t actually get the job .
