Im exhausted and the only option is to take my life

I was extremely smart before developing TMAU, coming top of my classes until I got this. Now I regularly don’t attend my classes and am probably going to fail. I’ve got a small group of friends who understand me and the condition and I’m finally going to confide in my boyfriend of ten months about it tomorrow when I see him. I know he knows somethings up because I know he smells me sometimes but is a very non confrontational person. I have been to Doctors about it between 7 and 10 times about it but nothing has came up on tests they’ve done and they say they can’t smell me. I genuinely loved life before this but don’t see much reason to continue on, no matter how many times I apply perfume or shower nothing works. I’m seriously thinking about just ending everything for good
