Carnivore Diet Help & Advice (No Plant Food & Drink Questions)

Hey everyone, this is my first post here as I just discovered this community and I was hoping to ask for some advice therefore I think a short introduction and a bit of background are essential. I started the carnivore diet a little bit over two weeks ago as an attempt to recover from severely restricting my caloric intake- body image issues and an ED, I’ve been eating 400kcal daily for the past two months, I’m a 22yo male, I’m 185cm tall and as a result right now I weigh just below 60kg- ever since starting the carnivore diet I’ve gradually increased my calorie intake up to my maintenance calories, the scale is literally stuck in one place but I’ve definitely noticed how toned my body and muscles are becoming (I focus on getting lots of steps in plus strength workouts and I work full time at Starbucks) even though it’s only been a bit over two weeks. For the first time in my life I can truly say that I feel 100% confident and beautiful in my own body which seems like the biggest advantage of the carnivore diet for me right now. I feel great physically, have lots of energy and mental clarity. I’ve started off with lots of beef steaks, ground beef etc but as much as I’ve always loved steak, nowadays it feels like I start detesting beef more everyday as I genuinely have such a hard time eating and digesting it, it just feels way too fatty. Right now my diet mainly includes chicken, eggs, salmon, cod, pork, butter and cheese. I try to eat a 1:1 ratio of protein to fat where fat mostly comes from whatever meat I’m eating, egg yolks, butter and cheese. Has anyone had a similar experience starting off, is this just temporary and will I be able to enjoy beef again when I adapt better to the diet? Perhaps you have any recommendations on changes/adjustments to my diet? Thank you very much in advance everyone for your help.
