Excessive CPS (energy) calls in the past week or two?

Ive gotten like 3 calls a day almost every day from CPS. The # always starts with an 8, 888, 844, 830, etc and if I do answer some automated voice starts talking about some random bullshit CPS is doing that i dont give a fuck about. I probably have at least 10 #s blocked. Ill start caring when CPS unfucks the damage they caused during the 2020ish winter storm here due to their incompetence.

Has anyone else gotten these calls recently? Its not for the bill because theyve never called for that and its already paid.
