beating speeding tickets

Location: California/ Nevada Hi! So I’m a total idiot who went over the speed limit a few times. I have now collected a few (3) speeding tickets that I need to address in october. Two were in california and I got pulled over by the same chp officer and I got one in nevada driving back to california. I honestly don’t want my insurance to go up at all. How can I try to get my ticket dismissed in court?? I don’t want any judgement for my actions but just some advice for how I should handle this so it doesn’t impact my license and insurance shi. I also don’t apply for traffic school, i’m 98% sure.
