URGENT OPT approved but EAD card hasn't been produced, and I am changing address

Hey,

My OPT got approved 7/31 (start date), I received a notice for I-765 stand alone approval. But when I checked for my case status on myUSCIS, it still doesn't say that my EAD card is produced. Was wondering if you guys ever received an notification or email that your EAD card is produced? I am moving next week, is right now a safe time to report a change of address? I am a little worried since it's been approved for a week but the card hasn't been produced yet.
