Frame rate issue with nividia drivers

This is a weird issue I have where every time I launch CS2 or Valorant and the frame rate is so horrible its next to unplayable it means I have a nividia driver update. I go update the drivers and it fixes the problem. None of my friends have this issue. I currently have a 3060 ti. Just wanted to know if anyone has a solution. note: other than these 2 games i mostly play indie games with low fps requirements so I don't notice any issues outside of CS2 and Valorant.
