Moving is a nightmare

I’m just realizing how much I hate moving because a new house = new smells that are often unfamiliar or unpleasant, a general sense of not knowing what is actually clean, everything is a mess/I don’t know where anything is, my routines are completely disrupted leading to a lot of forgetfulness. I’m so overwhelmed.
