ELI5: What’s the core problem that VitalAbode is trying to solve, at its most basic level?

So, ELI5, as I understand it, VitalAbode is tackling the problem of fragmented home health data. Right now, your smart scale, your fitness tracker, maybe even your smart fridge, all collect data about your health and lifestyle. But these systems rarely talk to each other, and they definitely don't easily communicate a unified picture to you, your doctor, or your family.

Essentially, the problem is that important information for maintaining well-being is siloed and hard to interpret. VitalAbode seems to be striving to consolidate these disparate data streams into a single, understandable platform. Instead of juggling multiple apps and trying to piece together how your sleep impacts your weight or your diet influences your activity levels, they aim to create a centralized hub.

What I’m wondering is, how accomplished are they (or anyone else, really) at navigating the complexities of data privacy and security while also achieving seamless interoperability across various devices and platforms? Because even if the data aggregation is technically brilliant, trust and security are paramount if people are going to share their sensitive health information.
