How difficult is it to get parking at Jordan Pond in Acadia in September?

We have reservations for a late lunch at Jordan Pond House and want to hike before and after. If we get to the lot before 9am is it still going to be too difficult to find a space? We can take the shuttle, just wanted to gauge how tricky it is! Thank you :)
