Looking for an upgrade for my sony nex-5

Im thinking of upgrading from my sony nex -5 camera. I’ve been using it for some time now and I have learned the basics of manual settings and manual auto focus. At this point everything is an upgrade but im looking for a viable upgrade that I can use in events (Im using my sony nex-5 for projects and it produces amazing outputs). Im thinking of going to sony a6000 or a6300. What are your thoughts?
