Seeking guidance and support regarding my financial situation. Reposting

"The college has announced that the deadline for fee submission is 11august, and I'm not able to arrange the required amount, which has added to the urgency of my situation. My college fees is ₹27,000, and I pay ₹10,000 per month for hostel. I've 4 months to prepare for upcoming exams.

Here's my background :-

Im the only child of my parents, currently in the 2nd yr of my degree, preparing for banking exams. I missed clearing IBPS Clerk and SBI Clerk by just 3-4 marks ,all through self-study without any coaching. I've also appeared for PO interview as well. I'm determined to crack it this year, but today, I’m at a point where I might have to drop out due to severe financial constraints.

My mother works on a govt contract job with irregular pay ₹10k/month, often delayed by months. My father is an alcoholic and has taken a loan of ₹1 lakh at 35% ROI behind our backs, which we’re struggling to repay. My mother also had to take a ₹40,000 loan from a self-help group at 24% interest per annum just to keep things afloat.
