Issue Mouse aiming down

My mouse works perfectly fine in the menus, whenever I‘m ingame my character will instantly look down, I can still move, shoot, ADS and look left and right. But I can‘t look up because it seems stuck in looking down, anyone else having this issue?

I‘m playing via steam, EA Overlay is disabled (had the same issue in BF3 which was caused by overlay)
