Auto Turning/Moving?

So my girlfriend’s Roblox account was acting perfectly normal until she got back home from work and got on to realize any time she pressed WASD she would auto-move in that direction and same the the arrow keys, auto-turning, and her mouse is also being buggy, like it’s delayed, same with the keys?

Does anyone know any possible solutions?
