Bites don't heal

Hello all! I live in the middle of nowhere. In the woods of the woodiest woods I could find. Actually, I'm a bit past that. i drive into town once or twice a week to go to the library, use the internet and whatever else I need to do. I do have a PCP, but she is about an hour drive away and has limited facilities/abilities.

I have several tick bites that do not heal. One on my neck and one in between my fingers. They will disappear for a month or two, then show back up looking like an old bite that has been healing, but the are itchy. I have lots of other bites from ticks that haven't been an issue.

My doc had nothing on this. Anyone have anything similar?
