Stuck in new privacy policy page

Hey guys.

So just today I encountered this after the "checking shaders" page and I can't get past it. Tried clicking on it, pressing the space bar, clicking on the black dot, haven't gotten any results yet. Has this happenned to anyone else? How to fix it?

Yes, I have to accept said policy in order to play the game.
