Master of nursing non background (graduate entry)

I am a graduate looking to pursue master of nursing. I found out that western sydney and uni of wollongong offers graduate entry nursing problem. It says RN leading on its website but really confused. Someone says non background graduate need to pass NCLEX to become RN while someone says you become RN after you graduate. Which is the truth? Do non background graduate really need to pass Ncles to become RN?? Is master of nursing non background recommended? Anyone here has done it??
