Air France 12kg weight limits for carry on and personal in Berlin

Hi everyone! Would anyone be able to share what their experience was flying from BER to CDG on AirFrance with a Carry On and Personal item? Did they weigh your stuff to ensure you stayed within the limit? I’m aware flying Air France from CDG can be very strict but not sure if it will be the same from BER. Any experience you can share would be appreciated! Thank you in advance.
