Urgent 4 month lease needed

Anyone know where I can get a short term lease? My current lease ends on 31st August and I'm moving out of the city end December. I need a place for Sept 1 to Dec 31; need a place for 4 months. Msg me if you have anything suitable that comes furnished or unfurnished with a private bathroom. Budget is $1500-$1700 per month.
