I just filled for a Protection Order against a neighbor and suddenly my car has been scratched up in an enclosed garage. I don't have video evidence. What can I do?

Other Civil Matters

Context: My wife and I have been having issues with our downstairs neighbor for the past ~8 months. He insists that we are loud, and "stomp" on his head. We maintain that we don't do anything wrong, have even gone out of our way to buy additional carpets for our unit to try to mitigate the noise. He harasses us by yelling threats and banging on the ceiling, coming to our door to confront and berate us, and recently waited for me outside to yell and *almost* fight me. We've taken this up to the county court, and the judge has granted us a Temporary Protective Order (until we have to appear for a full hearing in 2 weeks). We've also contacted the HOA multiple times, and they empathize with us, but claim that this matter is out of their control and that we need to call the police.

The altercation was 2 days ago, we got the TRO yesterday, and while my car was parked in our secure building garage (that only residents have access to) it has been scratched with what appears to be an eye on the hood of the car (happy to provide pictures, but don't want the post to get taken down bc of it). Unfortunately the HOA says that the security camera's aren't working, so no footage was captured. I have filed a police report, but unsure what the next steps are. Any suggestions?

With no evidence that the scratches were done by the neighbor in question, I'm not implying that it was him - only that it's awfully coincidental and threatening.
