New phone at around 22-22.5k

I'm looking to get a new phone at around 22.5k, I want a clean ui and for it to be smooth with no lag, like something and a good chip with a powerful processor. I don't play high-power/graphics games, so I don't need gaming phones like iQoo or Tecno

storage 128 GB ok

camera: should be passable, not looking for very good or even just good, like meh level.

I got a deal on GPixel for 21k in good condition on Cashify, but after hearing Cashify's reputation decided not to go for it

Any recommendations for new or refurbished phones?
