Best Cameras on the Market?

I’m a wedding photographer and have been working with Canon cameras most of my career! I have all the mark cameras and mainly work with the mirrorless Canon R6. I have the opportunity to completely switch out everything for new gear (lenses and bodies!) So I was curious if I should make a switch to a different brand or what camera bodies and lenses out there are the best of the best. Thank you!
