Any tips on how to get donos?

I've been playing for around 2 years, saving for 2k and I've been donated 280 (200 was from friends) I dont get how people get so much on this game, I dont have vip and I dont beg (which is probably a reason why I've raised so little lol) honestly it might just be the servers im joining, but anyway tips are needed and if you wanna dono, my user is bluealice7
