Timeline of progression after matching on an AM site

Hi. So I made an account on an AM site just like 4 days back. Matched with a guy the next day... So we talked for 3 days in the site chat and today exchanged insta id.... He sent a request first... I accepted it and sent a follow back request.... He accepted but didn't msg me anything... When I sent a sticker first he replied with a Hi. Later I have sent another sticker and a meme and 2 texts as well... He has seen them all... Been online 3-4 times... But didn't even reply.... So my question is... Is this the normal speed of guys or he is not interested/ talking to several ppl at the same time. I don't wanna seem desperate so won't text anymore till he reply the previous ones... But am I being unreasonable here... I tend to overthink at times
