The book equivalent of working towards maxing out Old School Runescape account

Request

I just want a book that's all about 100% maxing out every single skill/profession/path available to them. If there are 5 professions available, I want them to eventually be grandmasters at all 5. If there are Mage, Warrior, Rogue classes, I want them to eventually be masters at every single one. So instead of a traditional progression fantasy of raising a limited power set to crazy heights, it's a progression fantasy focused on going extremely wide by having literally every skill available all maxed out.

I'm just looking for the book equivalent of a full 100% achievement run or playing Old School Runescape to 99 all the skills in the game. Or a Skyrim save that's gone on for 500 hours and you've done literally everything the game has to offer.

A timeloop story would make the most sense for this kind of thing, but every single timeloop story I've read has only done this in limited amounts. Eventually a larger plot takes over, or the loop is limited to a certain number of loops or the MC simply isn't interested in getting all the skills.

In groundhog day someone estimated that he spent thousands of years in the loop. That he'd been there so long that even the most minor of skills was worth mastering to absurd levels simply for something to do. I want to read about that.

Mother of Learning and Stubborn Skill Grinder have moments that feel like they're working towards a goal like this, but then the plot interferes and mastering new skills kind of falls by the wayside.

Undying Immortal also started out strong in this area, but has begun to once again not continue to master skills in favor of simply pushing what skills he does have further.

Azarinth Healer has a nice aspect of collecting resistances, but it's limited to only resistances, not every skill.

I haven't read 'All the skills' but from what I've heard about it, this one also seems to fall short of the premise.
