Lenovo customer support is absolutely flawed- package says delivered but I never received it
I live in a very rural part of Texas. Ordered my LOQ. Product said it was delivered to my address and I signed it. Funny because I’ve been on the phone with UPS and Lenovo over a dozen times and I still haven’t received this laptop.
I have animals on my property and a locked gate. The driver cannot come on my property without me unlocking the gate and calling me. Whoever they delivered it to says “received at door, and they signed the package.”
How it’s unbelievable that the someone obviously impersonated the scribble not legible containing no letters of a signature is ridiculous.
Anyways Lenovo has to file a CLAIM with UPS in order for UPS to show EVIDENCE and contact the driver to see what lying neighbor it was delivered to. Of course there’s no PHOTO picture on UPS’s end showing I received the package. So maybe the delivery driver took it himself. The signature isn’t mine.
What boggles me is that both UPS and Lenovo just keeps looking at what a computer says over a physical customer that spent over $1k for a product that I never received. TWO weeks I’ve been dealing with this. Now Lenovo says I need to contact authorities to find my package. Wtf is a police officer going to do if customer service will just repeat what the computer tells them, and I have no EVIDENCE that a neighbor has my package.
I can’t just walk on a neighbors property. Every gate says “will shoot for trespassing.”
I’m giving this 24 more house to see if customer service wants to do their job properly. After that I’m getting my money back regardless.
