[WTS] HK mr556a4 adjustable gas block

Estimated a few hundred rounds, and this has the set screw with hole for the 16.5” barrel. This will only work on a4/a5 barrels (I’ve seen a thing online where a guy filed the tab to make it work on older barrels though).
