played as clash since the opposition wanted to run 3 shields. While holding my shields, I pressed to go into my cams by accident, they never came up, just stuck me behind my shield. I couldn’t turn, switch weapons, go into cams. Could only crouch up and down. Got rushed and killed from behind.

Any way I can claim a refund? only had the game 8 years so surely that’s not an issue
